An album of introspection, emotionally charged , coming from the golden days of the Seattle music movement. Mostly acoustic, this album could be easily compared with the “No excuses” album, mostly due to its cathartic experience feeling and the low down tone. Duvall continues what he does so good in AIC, bringing to us highly charged emotional songs, based on simple chord sequencing and in his bare vocals. An album to let yourself sunk in to it and think over and over its addictive melodies. A welcome surprise from an artist equally important at his solo works as at this contribution at the AIC revival.
